C TEAM

1st Half

Nice passing between Ollie and Charlie and good defending by Sam, Charlie, Ollie and Mitchell.  Nicholas Wanderers keep up the pressure and Sam makes a good save.  A good challenge by Harry and Sam defends well.  Charlie has an opportunity at goal, but misses.  Nicholas Wanderers have an open goal, we have no defenders in the box, but Sam makes a save, they score on the rebound 1-0.  Again, Nicholas Wanderers have an open goal and score 2-0. 

Lewis H on for Mitchell.

Nicholas Wanderers have another attempt at goal but Sam saves.  Jordan tackles and gets control of the ball but no Frys players to pass to and the 1^st half ends 2-0.

2nd Half

Nicholas Wanderers straight on the attack and score within minutes 3-0.  Good defending by Lewis and a good pass by Charlie.  A good tackle by Ollie but he’s injured in the process.  Good defence by Charlie at a critical goal opportunity.  Nicholas Wanderers attack again and score 4-0.

Mitchell on for Ollie .

Opposition keep up the attack.

Ollie on for Jordan .

Good runs by Ollie and Charlie but Nicholas Wanderers win the ball back.  Some good tackling and defending by Mitchell and a good tackle by Charlie.  Harry defends well and opposition win a corner, Mitchell defends well.  Nicholas Wanderers quickly regain control and score 5-0.  Nice attacking play by Lewis, Mitchell and Charlie and good passing between Lewis and Ollie .  Game ends 5-0.

1^st Half

Nicholas Wanderers kick off and look sharp.  James makes a good goal line clearance.  Opposition keep up the attack and Ollie saves well.  Nicholas Wanderers force corner, not cleared 1-0 (own goal).  Defensive mix up leads to another opposition goal 2-0.  Frys attack led by Jamie but this comes to nothing.  Excellent goal keeping by Ollie stops Nicholas Wanderers attack.  Good defensive work by Nathaniel, Ollie makes another good save denying opposition another.  Nicholas Wanderers keep up the attack and score again 3-0.  Ben makes a good defensive clearance.

2^nd Half

Morgan on for Kieron.

Good defensive work by Nathaniel.  Lewis shoots but saved.  Ben involved in most things good by Frys.  Nicholas Wanderers win a corner, cleared by Ben.  Ollie makes another good save.  James makes a good clearance avoiding another opposition goal.  Morgan clears but the ball falls to opposition and they score 4-0.
